Shiawase Kizuna Beef Curry

It is made by simmering spices roasted over an open fire, vegetables sauteed until candy-colored, and fruits with
fon de veau and other ingredients for 6 hours.
It has a deep flavor that changes
from mildly spicy to a fruity aftertaste.
The beef is made from 150g of Chiba Prefecture’s Shiawase Kizuna Beef, which has the characteristic sashi of Japanese Black Beef and the lean flavor of Holstein Beef.
By cooking it slowly, the meat is made so tender that it melts in your mouth
without losing the flavor of the meat.
