Luggage will be delivered to guests staying at Disney hotels or official hotels in the Maihama area on the day of check-out.

How to use
1. Please register as a member on the dedicated website and make a reservation by selecting the date, time and location.
2. Please present your reservation code to the Bell Captain’s Desk on the day of use.
3. Please return your reservation to the Bell Captain’s Desk by the end of your reserved time.
Payment can only be made by credit card on the website. Payment cannot be made at the hotel.
