Privileges for Official Hotel Guests

❶ You can purchase park tickets at the hotel

If you have requested your Tokyo Disneyland or Tokyo DisneySea park tickets in advance through your hotel, you can purchase them at the hotel even if they are sold out on the Tokyo Disney Resort official website.

❷ We provide the latest information on Tokyo Disney Resort®.

Resort area information including opening and closing times and event information will be provided in the hotel.

❸ Convenient Shuttle Bus

The Disney Resort Cruiser, a free
shuttle bus, connects the hotel to the Disney Resort Line’s Bayside Station.

*The hotel also operates a free shuttle bus service between the hotel and Tokyo Disneyland® and Maihama Station.

❹ Take your time shopping at the hotel

You can purchase character goods in the parks at the hotel’s store, Disney Fantasy.

❺ Luggage Delivery Service

At the Hotel Service Counter in the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center adjacent to Maihama Station,
we will check in guests’ luggage and deliver it to the hotel (free of charge).

❻ Station Delivery Service (for a fee)

You can drop off your luggage at the hotel upon check-out and pick it up at the
pick-up counter on the 1st floor of the Tokyo Disney Resort® Welcome Center.
