Christmas Dinner Buffet (12/5-25)

More than 50 menu items will be available to add a festive touch to Christmas.

Beef fillet baked in brioche wrappers is
a flavorful brioche made with lots of eggs and butter that envelops the juices of the meat.
Roasted duck breast baked to a juicy rosé and served with a
gently acidic, bittersweet and rich orange sauce.
Saffron-flavored bouillabaisse with an elegant aroma, or
scallops and mushrooms fricassee, simmered in bouillon and cream, with a mild, rich flavor.
Sweets such as Stollen with raisins and nuts kneaded in wine and
Buche de Noel in the shape of firewood and Mont Blanc with an image of a tree.

In addition, a menu featuring foie gras and truffles will be available for a limited time from the 19th to the 25th.
Please enjoy the world’s three major delicacies together with the menu featuring caviar, which will be available on all days.
