“Matsusaka beef corner” with steaks and shabu-shabu grilled in a live kitchen, as well as hamburgers and beef stew.
We will also offer a variety of hors d’oeuvres and hot dishes
including hors d’oeuvres made with autumn fruits, mushrooms and root vegetables in abundance.
In addition, we will offer a monthly selection of autumn fruits and other fruits that are in season to create autumn sweets.

Matsusaka beef (Matsusaka-shi, Matsusaka-gyu)
It is characterized by the fineness of its marbling, the sweet, rich, elegant Wagyu aroma that appears when heated, and its fine fat and soft sweetness that melts in the palm of your hand.

A luxurious hamburger steak made by coarsely grinding fine sashi, lean meat that brings out the flavor of the meat, and sweet fat in a ratio that brings out the maximum juice and flavor, with as little binder as possible.

A portion of Matsusaka beef with a good balance of lean and fat is marinated overnight in rich red wine from Bordeaux, then added to fond de veau and simmered slowly over time so it melts in your mouth.
