<Hokkaido Beef Steak>
The meat is a cross between Japanese black beef and Holstein beef, which gives it just the right salty flavor with just the right amount of fat in the lean meat with a strong flavor. Grilled in a live kitchen.


Melons shipped directly from Furano, an ideal melon production area with a large daily temperature difference. The sweet aroma and juicy pulp are the charms of these melons.
