The meat is characterized by its high quality fat, which has a low melting point and melts in the mouth, bringing about a blissful texture.
It has a rich flavor nurtured in the harsh natural environment of the Okitama region in southern Yamagata Prefecture.
The beef is served as a steak so that you can taste the flavor of the beef itself.
In addition, nigiri-zushi, hors d’oeuvres to brighten the season, hot dishes, and sweets will be served
buffet style.
