To improve convenience for our customers, we have transitioned to a new reservation system effective June 26, 2026.
Due to the transition to the new reservation system, you will need to reset your password the first time you log in.
● Customers who registered as members via the old reservation system by June 11, 2026

● Customers who registered as members via the old reservation system between June 11, 2026, and June 26, 2026
The migration of member data is scheduled to be completed on July 1, 2026.
Therefore, please reset your password using the “Forgot Your Password? ” link on the member login page on or after July 1, 2026.
● How to Check or Cancel Reservations Made Through the Old Reservation System (16-digit reservation number)
We are unable to make changes to reservations made through the old reservation system. Please cancel your reservation and make a new one using the new reservation system (see the image below).
