(2) Suitcase-related

One of the most common and frequent travel problems is the breakdown of suitcases and carry-on cases.
During transportation and delivery to the hotel, suitcases are treated as packing materials and outer packaging for the contents.
Parts of casters fall off in hotel lobbies on a daily basis.
If the item is valuable to you, such as expensive or rare, we recommend active self-protection.

Trouble examples
・Casters Aging deterioration of plastic and rubber parts
・Carry bar Deformation and damage due to vigorous pulling
・Handles Detached due to overstuffing or excessive weight
・Dirt, scratches, and dents

Example of measures 1 Use of covers and belts
Protection against minor damage and missing accessories, preventing luggage from being scattered, preventing water damage, marking luggage receipt

Example 2: Purchase insurance for damage to personal belongings.
Arrange for repairs and pay for repairs. Taking photographs in advance makes it easier to declare damage to the insurance company.
In some cases, such as when damage appeared to be undamaged but was later noticed, compensation may be provided even if the claim is made at a later date.

(3) Mobile battery-related

Each government agency has issued a warning about accidents involving lithium-ion battery products, such as mobile batteries, that generate heat, smoke, or catch fire.

(i) For use in the hotel, etc., please see below.
Requests Regarding the Use of Mobile Batteries, etc.
